Welcome to Disco Birdies, Brooklyn's disco champagne bistro. Pop a bottle, grab a Wagyu smash burger or Disco Fries, and settle in for French-inspired comfort food, great music, and good vibes. Every night deserves a little celebration.

How Disco Birdies came to be
A champagne lounge serving smash burgers and fried chicken in Bed-Stuy — on paper it shouldn't work. In person, it's perfect.
What our guests are saying
Incredibly delicious!! It’s super cute in there and the service was fast and friendly. We were given water as we waited for our takeout order and sat in the little seating area, super lovely. We got the chicken sandwich and fries and everything was still hot and crispy by the time we got home! Love a small menu.

Everything was spectacular! The Disco Fries with caviar were phenomenal, and my picky kids loved the chicken bites and fries. The chicken sandwich was amazing, but the burger was the biggest surprise. I never expected a chicken spot to have such an incredible burger. Hands down one of the best burgers I've had in Brooklyn. I can't recommend this place enough!

Fun new spot with cozy vibes, great food, and champagne! Loved the smash burger and fried chicken sandwich, especially the generous amount of thinly sliced pickles. The brioche soft serve with fries was also delicious and such a fun twist. Can't wait to come back!
