Right on Franklin Avenue, where Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill meet, Disco Birdies is a champagne lounge that serves smash burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and disco fries. We were built on a simple idea: great champagne shouldn't be saved for anniversaries. It belongs on a Tuesday night next to crispy fries just as much as at a black-tie affair. Part cozy cafe, part champagne lounge, part disco dream, all neighborhood.

Serious Craft, Zero Pretension

Our fried chicken sandwich has been called one of the best in Brooklyn by The Infatuation and one of the best in all of New York City by Eater. The disco fries (yes, you can get them with caviar) are a signature. Everything on the menu pairs beautifully with a champagne list featuring some of the finest bottles Champagne has to offer, all poured without a shred of fuss.
