Good champagne shouldn't be saved for anniversaries or expense accounts. The Disco Birdies team built the spot they actually wanted to hang out in — cozy café, champagne lounge, disco dream.

On Franklin Avenue, where the brownstones of Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill converge, Disco Birdies opened as a neighborhood gem with serious sparkle.
